Piece of The Game Returns and Restocking Fees

We have a NO REFUND policy in place for any box purchase once the item is unsealed or leaves the store.

Personal Box Rip Policies

If you purchase a personal box after the nightly cut off time, we will open your box on the next scheduled personal breaks night or ship the box to you sealed.

Once a break begins or product is opened you may not request a refund, if there are any issues with cards from our products after it has been opened we will work with the manufacturer and offer you a refund or store credit based on their rulings.

We do charge a 3% restocking fee on any returned items. The Restocking Fee is to cover the credit card and PayPal fees that are not refunded to us when we issue a refund.
